Bernard R. Given, II is a partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP in Los Angeles, where he practices in the area of bankruptcy and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on business reorganizations and creditors’ rights, and represents debtors, creditors and creditors’ committees in cases throughout the nation. Previously, he was a shareholder at Frandzel Robins Bloom & Csato, L.C. in Los Angeles. A frequent speaker, Mr. Given is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Texas in El Paso, as well as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and secretary of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Subcommittee. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named in Southern California Super Lawyers (2010 and 2012) and Texas Super Lawyers (2008) in the areas of Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights and Business Litigation. Mr. Given received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from the University of Southern California.
