David K. Gottlieb is the national partner in charge of Crowe Horwath LLP’s Bankruptcy Insolvency Services Group in Sherman Oaks, Calif. He has also served as a chapter 7 panel trustee in the Central District of California since 1995. Mr. Gottlieb is a chapter 11 trustee and examiner and acts as accountant and financial advisor to other fiduciaries, as well as debtors-in-possession, official unsecured creditors’ committees and other parties in bankruptcy and insolvency matters. He is a member of the AICPA, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Litigation Support Committee for the California Society of CPAs, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, ABI and the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum. He has also spoken to various professional groups. Mr. Gottlieb earned his B.S. in accounting from New York University.
