Dawn M. Cica is a partner in the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights group of Lewis and Roca LLP in Las Vegas. She also practices in the firm’s Gaming and Business Transactions groups. Ms. Cica has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of financial and real estate transactions, including financing transactions (debt and equity), land acquisition, land development, construction lending and negotiation of construction contracts, and acquisitions and asset purchases. She is also experienced in all transactional matters related to restructuring and bankruptcy, including negotiating and documenting strategic restructurings, debtor-in-possession financings and asset sales. Ms. Cica received her B.S. with high distinction from the University of Nevada and her J.D. from UCLA.
