Robert J. Miller is a partner with Bryan Cave LLP in Phoenix and where he leads the firm’s bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights practice group. He concentrates on commercial workouts, chapter 11 restructurings and all aspects of commercial bankruptcy litigation, regularly representing debtors, secured lenders and most other major players in insolvency matters. Mr. Miller is a member of the American Bar Association, ABI and the Turnaround Management Association, and is a frequent lecturer and author on a wide range of commercial insolvency topics. He is also a contributing editor to Norton Bankruptcy Law and Practice. Mr. Miller received his B.S. from Central Michigan University and his M.B.A. and J.D. with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma.
